The reader is not compatible with the EM4102 series of tags, but finding a 13.56MHz ISO14443A tag isn't hard.

Looking into a Samsung Ezon deadbolt, the best write-up on compatibility I can find is here,
...Milfare ISO14443A standard).   Many smart cards also transmit at 13.56 Mhz and most are compatible with the unit(including FIPS-201 standard installs.

Any idea on compatibility with the tag in the book?
